Gregg Foster has over 28 years of experience in deal structuring, land development, home building, and real estate finance in excess of $3B in value. With a long history of building, leading, and inspiring high performing teams, Gregg specializes in creating people driven results.

Gregg holds a Bachelor of Arts in History with an emphasis in Medieval Studies from the University of San Diego. He is a former member of The Urban Land Institute’s Community Development Council - Blue Fight. Gregg actively supports Guardian Group, an organization that battles child sex trafficking in the United States and supports VETS, a non-profit breaking new ground in the battle against the veteran suicide epidemic.

Scott Foster is a seasoned real estate entrepreneur and acquisition specialist with over thirteen years of proven success in identifying, acquiring, and optimizing real estate assets for maximum returns. With a background that blends operational excellence and investor insight, Scott’s career is rooted in strategy, execution, and results.  Known for his ability to spot emerging markets and develop high-ROI strategies, Scott brings a unique dual perspective to every project—as both operator and investor.

Scott holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from San Diego State University. His academic background, coupled with his extensive professional experience, continues to shape his strategic approach to real estate investment and land development. Scott is actively involved in youth sports and has volunteered as a coach with the Friday Night Lights organization and with organizations such as “A Step Beyond,” which support underprivileged children.
